1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery across most serviceable pin codes within India. Availability of delivery services is determined based on the customer’s pin code and logistics partner coverage. At present, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders are processed after successful confirmation of payment. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one to two (1–2) business days from the date of confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Processing timelines may be extended during peak periods such as festive seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen operational constraints.

3. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Customers are advised to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase.

This policy does not affect any applicable rights relating to damaged, defective, or leaked products, as outlined in Section 7 below.

4. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within five to seven (5–7) business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner timelines.

5. Shipping Charges and First-Order Offer

6. Packaging and Food Safety

We take reasonable care to ensure that all food products are packed, stored, and handled in accordance with applicable food safety and hygiene standards. Products are dispatched in appropriate packaging designed to maintain quality and prevent contamination during transit.

Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery. In the event of visible damage, tampering, or leakage, customers should refrain from consuming the product and report the issue in accordance with the policy outlined below.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Leaked Items

If an order is received in a damaged, defective, or leaked condition, the customer must notify us within four (4) days from the date of delivery.

8. Failed Delivery and Incorrect Information

In cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

Any re-dispatch of such orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. We shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure timely delivery and proper handling of all orders, we shall not be liable for delays, damages, or losses arising due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including actions of third-party logistics providers.
